I have reached out for my company's incorporation service. I explained the time sensitivity and the impact of delay in $ I really wish to say, the service I got was: 1. Proactive 2. Client centric 3. Adhered to the promised timelines 4. Transparent and clear communication 5. Timely status updates on the processing Reality: 1. Presumes details and never bothers to cross-check with client 2. Promised timelines were never met 3. Never bothered to update the status unless I keep following up 4. Submitted documents were never reviewed properly Impact: 1. Received TAN and incorporation certificate got wrong area in the address, they never bothered to check 2. Too much of time wasted in the prep before filing 3. Rejections in the approval process, due to lack of diligence in the documents review It is shocking rather surprising, as they claim professional firm and charge 3x almost compared to other market places, without a proper way of customer handling. But got the audacity to talk in First person and question my professionalism, when I put forth all these points forward. They are missing the simple point: Filing is not my routine task, but for them it is. Experience should be customer centric and shouldn't assume the things. If I know what to do and how to do, why should I need a professional ?
