Sir an year back i came to you for filing IT return. It was a wonderful experience. I rated 5 star for it. Week back i went to your TAN regn. office for applying for TAN for my daughter. 7th Feb i gave and till date TAN was allotted. I went to enquire with the lady handling TAN regn. Because i have to do the property regn. tomorrow and i have to deduct TDS for the transaction. For that i need the TAN no. Hence i went to enquire about the status. That lady was so rude and angry in answering any query. She literally drove me out for asking the status of the TAN. Her attitude will spoil the name of your company. Please advise her to be politie with customers. We go only for the name of John moris & co. She should not be so arrogant. I am very upset with her response. Sorry for making this complaint.
