Its a very nice firm. I have seen comments in last few days about the suicide of one employee. I know this firm and partners very well, they are very genuine and professional. I talked to many employees in last few days. Its a story cooked up by social media. I have gathered the whole information, the firm and partners are innocent, victims of one sided social media news. I m 100% with this lovely firm.

It's a great firm which believes in quality, professionalism and valuing its employees and clients. Last few comments here appear to be written with malafide intentions by the people who has nothing to do with the firm. They are going by the social media rumours and baseless stories. I learned a lot by the senior partners of this firm during my tenure in the firm. If you are in Surat, this firm is and will remain the first choice for a true professional .

Lack of experience and knowledge. Dont approach them. They rely and pressurise employees. This clearly indicates that the old partners are not at all updated with recent laws and therefore they rely on recent CAs. No employee is ready to work with them. They threaten by legal action, I am surprised if in India there are any laws who binds employee, even if there are these people forgot humanity. Basically partners have no courage to work on their own because they are afraid and have strong doubt on themselves. By this we come to know how their irresponsible mechanism is. In such a high respected professionalism of CA its very shameful to have such people. ICAI should consider this perspective in framing ethical codes. A girl suicides because of them. Client should know their CAs before approaching them.
