What we are all about

My City Conference has been created to unite pastors and inspire students to impact their circles of influence for God. February 19 – 21, 2015, youth and young adults from across Northern California will come together to answer the call that God gave Solomon, “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Through prayer, worship, powerful teaching and unity, we believe God will hear our prayers and heal our cities. As Northern California comes together we believe God will break strongholds in our land. We are better together. We are claiming the fulfillment of the promise that is spoken in 2 Chronicles 14:7 “The land is still ours because we have sought the Lord our God.

Main sessions

All of our speakers were specifically chosen because of the impact they are making in their cities. We believe they will bring great inspiration to our region with the anointing they carry. Many of them hold pastoral positions in their respective churches and have a heart to see their cities experience the love of Jesus.

With this same focus we also select our worship teams. These will be teams rooted in their home churches with a passion for the local church.

We believe that the main session should inspire us to become more committed to God, our local church and reaching our community.


Breakout Tracks

A unique aspect to the My City Conference are the “Breakout Tracks,” most commonly known as workshops. Every track has been created with a specific purpose; the goal of each is determined by the group it targets. There will be muiltiple tracks offered. This format will essentially create a retreat within the conference for each targeted role within your ministry.

Here are three examples:

  • Pastoral Track: For any pastors in ministry whether full-time, part-time or volunteer (and their spouse.) This track is built specifically for pastors or ministry leads. We believe that as leaders we need to also leave refreshed and inspired. This will be taught by many of the main session speakers as well as other powerful teachers.
  • Leadership Track: For those who assist and lead in ministry (such as interns, small group leaders, not including student leaders.) This one is for your leadership team. The men and women that put in countless hours serving the ministry but for them its a hobby or perhaps they are support staff.
  • Worship Track: The goal of this track is to create an intimate environment that worship leaders can grow significantly in a short amount of time. To ensure this, we are limiting it to two members per church. The idea is that the worship leader and one other key leader on the team would participate.

Q. Is there childcare?

A. Childcare will be provided through the Capital Christian nursery for ages 0-2. There is an additional cost of $59 for the first child, $49 for the second and $39 for each child after. Please RSVP your children’s names and ages be selecting this link: My City Childcare. All RSVP’s must be received by February 14th, 2015. 

Q. What are the times and dates for the conference?

A. It starts on February 19 with our first session. It will conclude February 21. You will be able to download the schedule one week before the conference.

Q. Do I need to register my children?

A. Children four years old and above need to be registered and paid for.

Q. Is the venue handicapped accessible?

A. Yes.


Q. What is the refund policy?

A. Unless the event is canceled, there are no refunds.

Q. Is food available for meals?

A. There are many close restaurants within two miles of CCC. During lunch times we will also have food trucks available on campus.

Q. Is there a detailed schedule of who will be speaking and leading worship for each session?

A. The schedule will be posted the week of the conference.
